Bill Calendar Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Bill Calendar: Pay Planner ("the app") helps you plan bills, paychecks and weekly spending. This policy explains what happens to your information. In short: your bills, pay and plans stay on your phone. We don't have an account system, we don't run our own servers, and we don't collect analytics or sell anything about you.
Information you enter
Bills, amounts, due dates, pay rate, hours, deductions, savings and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it.
Backups
If iCloud backup is turned on (Settings → Backup), the app keeps a copy of your data in your own iCloud account, so it can come back after a reinstall or on a new iPhone. It's stored by Apple under your Apple ID; we can't see it. You can turn this off at any time.
The app can also create a backup that you share using the iOS share sheet. You choose where it goes (for example Notes, Files or a message). We never receive it.
Face ID and passcode lock
If you turn on the lock, iOS checks your Face ID, Touch ID or passcode. The app only learns whether the check succeeded. It never sees or stores your face data, fingerprint or passcode.
Reminders and widget
Bill reminders are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No reminder content is sent to a server. The home-screen widget reads a short summary (spending money left and your next bill) that the app saves on your device.
Subscriptions (Bill Calendar Pro)
Payments are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. We never see your name, email address or payment details.
To check whether you have Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous ID created by the app, your purchase and subscription status from Apple, and basic device information (such as the app version, iOS version and country or region of your App Store account). This is used only to unlock Pro and restore purchases. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy and Apple's at apple.com/legal/privacy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
Tracking and advertising
The app has no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not use third-party analytics.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
